The Social construction of television
Television has become a staple of our culture. I have been looking into how our culture reflects the fashion, characters, and ideals that we see on television. There is so much more though behind television that reveals its social construction. Most things in our world are socially constructed, which means that they are formed from history. The ideals we have about something are a part of how we grew up, our religion, our parents, and more, which makes them socially constructed. They are ideals that are embedded in us that we learn from our parents, history, or through different things as we grow up, such as our education and religion. All of these different things make us think in a certain way about different concepts and subjects we encounter throughout our lives.
